As of March 9, 2023, SmartSimple will require multi-factor authentication. Multi-factor authentication enhances security for PetSmart Charities and your organization by requiring users to identify themselves by more than an email and password. This process helps safeguard confidential information from third party threats or attacks.
To ease communication with the Smart Simple system, please make sure "petsmartcharities@smartsimple.com" is on your email safe sender's list. If it is not, notifications about your grant submissions or awards might get caught in your spam filters.
